So here are some more pictures of the renovations we have done. This is the Master Bathroom.

We think that it looks way better, but of course that is our taste.

The greatest Giveaway!

So my sister introduced me to a wonderful Quilting company Called Thimble Blossoms and right now she is doing an amazing giveaway for one of her most popular quilt patterns called Bloom. She is an amazing girl, and this is an amazing quilt. For a chance to win it as well visit her site, and leave her a comment. You won't regret it I promise. Oh and I will be on a blogging hiatus for the next week or so. Going on Vacation! Hooray! My wonderful sister volunteered to babysit, and drove up from Idaho to do it. Can't thank you enough Renee! I will have plenty to blog about when we get back. Hopefully!

Pop go the WiGgLEs!!

So the wonder group from down under decided to grace our little city with a performance. I hummed and hawed about getting tickets, because I wasn't sure if Hadley was to old and didn't want to make her feel left out only taking Rawley. In the end we went. I was able to get seats on the floor center stage, second row from the front. I didn't expect such good seats but hey I will take them. The kids had a great time, and I hate to admit it but I did too! They sang all of the songs we knew and we had some laughs as well!I was laughing so hard at my little Rawley! He can bust a move with the best of them, and he looks so cute doing it! I was able to get a few pictures, but not the best! (Must be time for a new camera Hint! Hint!)

Hanging out before the Show

Here they are in the famous Big Red Car

Hadley having fun

The whole gang!

Rawley looking very enthused!

The last song of the night! Dancing right by the stage.

The show was about 1 1/2 hours. Perfect in my opinion. I did have Rawley asking "Is it over now?" about a dozen times near the end. It is something I think they will be talking about for a long time, and the pictures will be a good memory for them as well.

Haircut Update!

So everyone has been asking about Hadley's infamous haircut. In all I was a little sad with seeing it all go, but it was worth it! No more cries when we have to brush it, and she doesn't get all tangled in it when she sleeps. We also live somewhere where the wind blows really hard on occasion, so the shorter locks are easier to care for. I have kept the ponytail that I cut off, for a keepsake.( I couldn't throw away all her curls from when she was little) I still don't know if I will grow it out again. We will have to wait and see!! :)

Going, Going, Gone!

I finally caved. I have never cut Hadley's hair. She has only been given a few trims here and there to keep the ends looking nice. I think that I was living vicariously though her with the dreams of long beautiful hair for myself. But after hearing how the other kids in here kindergarten class were complaining of it always going in their faces when they lined up to go anywhere, I decided it was time. Her hair was all the way down to the middle of here back

and now it looks like this.

Way to go Dad!

The local Dentists in our area participated in a head shaving for cancer. They spent the last few weeks taking donations for the cause, and this last Saturday gathered for the event. In the end they were able to raise $68,000 for the foundation. Here are some pictures of Pat losing his locks.

I think the stylist kind of made him look like Sideshow Bob from the Simpson's

The shirts they were given after it was all done were pretty nice too!

This is the entire office after they all lost their hair. One also lost his eyebrows for the cause.

This also saved me from doing the haircut myself. He always shaves his head at the beginning of the summer, so it really wasn't a big deal. And Emmy loved sitting on Dad's shoulders rubbing the stubble that was left.
