Just a little Update!!!

Look right!!!! Okay since this post is no longer in the right place on the blog it is meant for you to look at the baby ticker at the beginning. Just to avoid any confusion for anyone who may have missed it!!

I don't want to jinks it but....

I have yet to change a dirty diaper today! I cannot believe that my dear sweet Emmy who was 21 months yesterday, has decided to use the potty and tell me of all things. Every time she needs to go she says to me "poo poo" and off we run. Of course that is never what she needs to do. I think that part will take a little longer. I really hope this trend continues considering it was never this soon with the other two.

Science Fair

Every year our preschool puts on a Science Fair for the 4 year old class. This year Rawley got his chance. He was so cute dressed up like an astronaut. I think he was loving it. He was able to show us how the moon orbits the earth, and how craters are made in the moon. What a fun day for him. I am so glad that he has such an awesome teacher who takes the time to have days like this for him and his classmates.

The Wedding!

Last Saturday we were able to be a part of my brother Brock's wedding! We are so excited to have Tasha in the family! She fits in perfectly! Meaning she can put up with all of the craziness that ensues when we all get together! It was an awesome ceremony. And everyone looked beautiful of course, but especially the bride! Our family made up a huge chunk of the wedding party which secretly I loved! It was nice to have my kids be a part of it! Rawley of course stole the show as the ring bearer. Hadley was the sweetest flower girl, and I was a bridesmaid. Yet again my camera did not make it to the daily festivities so you will have to live with pictures from my sister's camera. The day was long but worth it. I think the most difficult thing was keeping the kids happy while we were having the professional photo shoot! All in all a good day, followed by a gift opening the next day. A busy weekend, but a fun one too!

Not much just an update!

So since my in laws are off serving their mission, I have been trying to update our blog more often for their sake. I can't say that really very much has been happening since I last posted. We have been enjoying the sunshine thankfully, even though it is still cold. We are getting ready for my brothers wedding tomorrow (more on that later). And we are enjoying a nice quick visit from my sister and her family including her dog which the kids love.



Hadley lost another tooth. And she is not letting the tooth fairy have it until she is good and ready. Seems she has to show it to everyone!

You have to ignore the crazy hair she is sporting we had just got home from swimming lessons. She had been working on pulling out the tooth the entire time.

We were also able to go to the zoo at Hadley's school. Two of the Grade 1 classes made animals out of clay which they then painted, and made enclosures for them. Hadley I think did an excellent job on her zebra. Don't you?


Rawley had his help day at preschool. He looks forward to this like nothing else. I haven't decided why I tell him so early that it is coming up because all I hear for the weeks before is "Is today my show and share day?" It is sweet. His teacher did ask if I noticed him acting a little antsy lately, apparently he is having trouble sitting still. I think it might have something to do with the fact that I took away his video games last Saturday! He must be going through withdrawls.


Emmy is growing everyday. I can't believe that my baby is almost 2. She is learning new words daily, and trying to do more and more things on her own. I still can't figure out if that is a good thing or not. We are already working on potty training by her choice. She tells me every single time she goes. The problem is getting her to tell me before she has gone in her diaper. I guess that will come with time.
